Andy heads up our IBM offering, utilising his specialist knowledge around the use of different technologies and data for marketing segmentation, targeting strategy, data mart design and marketing solutions planning to meet the needs of clients.
Over the last 25 years he has delivered data and technology solutions for mid-market and enterprise marketing organisations around the world. He and his team have significant IBM experience as Andy was formely Services Engagement Manager UK&I at Unica (subsequently acquired by IBM).
He leads a team of consultants who are all experts in their field and have extensive experience both within the marketing domain and the technologies to support it. They have been involved in the delivery of a wide range of marketing solutions, fulfilling roles ranging from Project Manager to Technical Architect and Business Solutions Consultant.
Andy is an armchair rugby fan, and loves playing golf. His dream holiday destination is anywhere with a white beach, blue sea and a kids’ club, and his favourite food is proper homemade Italian pasta
Peter leads our Adobe offering, drawing on his analytical background and bringing a wealth of experience across numerous industry sectors and geographies, helping bridge the gap between the technical side of the business and the marketing functions.
He started out his career as an analyst in the financial services industry and then spent the next seven years in a specialist data and analytical consultancy where he was responsible for the development and delivery of data driven marketing strategies for numerous international blue chip clients. Peter has also worked directly within the advertising industry, allowing him to get closely involved in the creative side of program development and at the same time integrate the data and analytics offerings for two of the largest global agency networks.
He is passionate about customer strategy and in a previous role was an early adopter of Neolane (now Adobe) technology.
Simon heads up our analytics and IM offering, providing resource, advice and guidance or entire project delivery, and leading a team of consultants with skills from developer through to principal consultant and project manager.
Over the last 20 years he has worked as a consultant in the field of data warehousing, data integration and data governance, before moving on to providing software, services and training in the data warehousing, data integration and data governance field, using technologies such as IBM DataStage, Information Server, IGC and Netezza.
Ben leads on delivery and service support as part of our IBM offering, focusing on every aspect of the implementation lifecycle, including project discovery, business analysis, software installation and configuration, deployment, training and support and solution optimisation.
For 20 years Ben has worked in and around customer relationship management solutions, including campaign management, marketing operations, email marketing, salesforce automation, web analytics and ecommerce personalisation. He was Unica’s first post-sales consultant in Europe when they expanded into the region and spent the best part of the next decade ensuring customer success, working directly on implementations, as well as developing and supporting the evolving partner ecosystem and building Unica’s EMEA OnDemand Practice.
Ben’s party trick is his ability to juggle (just three balls, not flaming chainsaws!), and he can’t help but watch the Bourne films every time they’re on TV.
Hideki leads our CRM Practice, specialising in delivering digital transformation driven by customer strategy (CX, CRM, Customer Intelligence and Customer Centric Strategic Development).
An entrepreneur at heart, over the last 10 years he has delivered successful CRM projects and consulting to build customer-centric strategies and the technology framework to support them. Hideki has also led enterprise CRM software and digital architecture implementation projects, drawing on his skills and expertise in conceptualising, creating, mapping and carrying out solutions to an organisation’s problems whilst maintaining a strategic focus.
Hideki loves all of Julius Vern’s books, since as a kid he would read them all wondering how amazing it was for someone to write fiction that long ago, so similar to the world today. On another note, Hideki would never eat marmite, and keeps wandering what’s wrong with that people!
Tim looks after professional services delivery part of our IBM offering, using his wealth of experience of high level marketing implementations. He specialises in providing a technical translation role, where he is able to perceive and comprehend senior management requirements, and to understand at an extremely complex technological level what will be needed to deliver these objectives, enabling him to interface effectively at all levels of an organisation.
Over the last 20 years, Tim has gained experience in data driven marketing technology including real-time, CRM, marketing automation and data planning. He has worked on projects and programs at many blue chip industry leading organisations.
Tim’s holiday destination of choice is Nerja in the South of Spain, and in his free time Tim enjoys filmmaking!
Pete leads on Data Architecture as part of our Adobe offering, drawing on his extensive experience in designing and operating; data warehouse, analysis and campaign management solutions as well as building single customer views to incorporate both on-line and off-line customer data to drive complex event driven campaigns.
Over the last 20 years he has developed wide ranging experience in marketing and has specialised in database marketing for the last 18 years. Pete also has a depth of consulting and operational experience across a number of industries including financial services, telecommunications, government, utilities, leisure and travel
Richard is a key part of our Adobe offering, he leads the data and campaign management team and is responsible for technical delivery of all Adobe data and campaign management solutions as well as development projects to support all Adobe analytics and business intelligence.
He has over 15 years data management and software development experience across multiple platforms and development disciplines. He Richard has particular expertise and extensive experience in the Adobe Marketing Cloud platform including end-to-end client site implementations, development and customisation, training and user support.
Andy leads our customer experience analytics practice, helping clients to understand and see the customer journeys and use value insights to make improvements to these experiences online.
He has a wealth of experience in the digital analytics space, gained from over 10 years of working with some of the biggest brands in Europe. When IBM acquired Coremetrics and added replay and struggle detection capabilities under the Watson Customer Experience Analytics brand, Andy managed the services team which helped IBM clients implement the solution, analyse the data and add behavioural intelligence to their customer relationship management.
Andy started out his career as a web developer with a focus on application design and user experience, moving to Coremetrics in 2008 as an implementation consultant, before joining the Bench team.
Andy’s party trick is opening a beer with another beer, preferably his favourite Belgian one; not exceptional but exceptionally useful! Andy’s favourite holiday destinations Thailand and Cape Town.
Nick is a key part of our Sitecore offering, with a focus on integrating Sitecore mainframe to websites as well as aiding in the creation and execution of Sitecore campaigns. He utilises his wide knowledge of digital technologies and platforms from mobile apps to mainframe systems, enabling clients to integrate multiple technologies. Currently, Nick consults within a number of industries and bluechip organisations, who have a high adoption of digital, and are looking to transform the way that they do business and build relationships with their customers & stakeholders.
Over the last 18 years, he has delivered digital campaigns on a national and international setting and been involved in the architecture and technology for websites as well as consulting on large digital products. Nick’s experience allows him to help brands define their digital strategies, including conversion rate optimisation, personalisation and lifetime customer engagement.
On a usual Sunday, Nick helps his eldest son with homework, goes mountain biking for some fresh air, then relaxes with a G&T and a nice meal. His dream holiday destination is Australia, and he would never let anyone say ‘never’!
Paul is an integral member of our Sitecore practice, implementing creative multi-channel marketing and digital re-invention for clients.
He has over 20 years’ experience within digital marketing, which has allowed him to become an expert on the Sitecore platform. He has operated both nationally and internationally, aiding brands to exceed their overall goals by making them think outside the traditional horizontal and vertical channels.
Paul enjoys playing the guitar in his free time, and singing with the band he is part of. On a Sunday Paul usually finds himself fixing a fence in the field or doing some sort of DIY in the house. His favourite film is ‘Life of Brian’, which never fails to put a smile on his face.
Joe leads our innovation and development practice, he spends much of his time (in his words) ‘making great things happen with technology’.
With over 15 years’ experience implementing technology changes to businesses, Joe has gathered extensive knowledge on how technology can help businesses exceed on their expectations. He has delivered successful campaigns for clients across multiple industries from Travel and EComm, Telecoms and Real Estate to Government and Charities.
