For 20 years Ben has worked in and around customer relationship management solutions, including campaign management, marketing operations, email marketing, salesforce automation, web analytics and ecommerce personalisation.


Ben is directly involved with every aspect of the implementation lifecycle, including project discovery, business analysis, software installation & configuration, deployment, training & support and solution optimisation.


Ben was Unica’s first post-sales consultant in Europe when they expanded into the region and spent the best part of the next decade ensuring customer success directly on implementations, as well as developing and supporting the evolving partner ecosystem and building Unica’s EMEA OnDemand Practice.
