Richard has over 15 years data management and software development experience across multiple platforms and development disciplines.


He leads the data and campaign management team and is responsible for technical delivery of all Adobe data and campaign management solutions as well as development projects to support all Adobe analytics and business intelligence.


He has extensive experience in the Adobe Marketing Cloud platform including end-to-end client site implementations, development and customisation, training and user support.
